The following are examples of the type of simple language that may be used in your will to make a bequest to Saint Xavier University. Residual Bequest: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever located, I give, devise and bequeath to Saint Xavier University, a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of the state of Illinois and located in the city of Chicago, Illinois, to be used in its area of greatest need.
